Description/Objectives:
This session equips hospital and clinical department leaders with practical strategies for partnering effectively with their state’s Perinatal Quality Collaborative (PQC). Participants will learn how to leverage PQC initiatives to elevate departmental quality metrics, strengthen team engagement, and drive measurable improvements in maternal and infant outcomes. The webinar focuses on turning data into action—showing leaders how to bring quality metrics to life within their own departments and make a meaningful difference for the women and infants they serve.

Learners will be able to give one example of how a Perinatal Quality Collaborative work with hospitals
Learners will be able to describe how to leverage PQC data, coaching, learning collaboratives, and statewide initiatives to accelerate improvements in safety, equity, and outcomes for improvement in their own department
